Doctor of philosophy (phd) in chemistry / science of materials for optoelectronic / semiconductor materials
minimum 10 to 15 years in the related industry and management experience at a senior level
experience in rnd for optoelectronic materials
senior management in related areas is preferred
patent-owned candidature is highly preferred
rnd lab experience is required

synthesis‚ processing‚ physical and chemical analysis of optoelectronic materials
research and development of optoelectronic materials
designing and performing various processes for producing devices with semiconductor materials
drawing the technology roadmap on functional material developments
making analyses and forecasts in the field of development of optoelectronic materials‚ semiconductor materials‚ and functional materials
